I have many years of experience in the training and education industry. In 1994, while still at university, I was headhunted to teach at the prestigious Scots College in Sydney. There, I developed an acculturation programme for overseas students who were new to the Australian culture and country. Though years have passed, my enthusiasm and passion for learning (in all its ways) grow stronger.

I can mentor or coach individuals and teams to reach their full potential. In my spare time, I supervise Masteral and PhD candidates also. As a highly-experienced and award-winning public-speaker, I can deliver talks that can inspire and motivate staff and their leaders.
Business and Management
Over the years, I have been fortunate to train students and staff around the world. I do lectures, workshops and seminars on a wide variety of subjects including marketing, strategic management, human resource management, and e-commerce. Training sessions include ice-breakers, energisers, simulations and/or learning and consolidation activities. Among others, I have trained staff from Honda, Ernst and Young, Accenture, Fortis, Ageas Insurance, MTR, Shell and Price-Waterhouse Cooper. I have also lectured at universities, colleges and schools around the world.
