I specialise in helping individuals and institutions achieve faster, more effective learning outcomes. My approach looks at the learner holistically — understanding their motivations, goals, and unique drivers — to design powerful, targeted solutions that truly make an impact.

Beyond innovative teaching and learning strategies, I also work extensively in accreditation processes, curriculum and course development, and institutional quality improvement. My goal is to help education providers not only meet standards but exceed expectations.

As the CEO of the Warnborough Worldwide Educational Group and the Warnborough Foundation, I am passionate about the role education plays in uplifting communities and creating resilience and self-sufficiency.  As former President of the International Vocational Education and Training Association  (IVETA), I have a lot of passion for technology-driven education, as well as contacts around the world.

Co-authored the national Quality Assurance Guidelines for Work-Based Learning for MFHEA, aligning academic and industry expectations.

Helped several European private colleges successfully achieve or retain accreditation for multiple new programs.

Introducing different learning methodologies such as flipped classrooms, microlearning and microcredentials, blended learning, and AI-assisted education.

Led a quality assurance overhaul for a college preparing for an international audit, resulting in full compliance and commendations.

Advised an education provider on migrating traditional courses to an online platform, improving enrolement and learning engagement by over 30%. Also trained deans of different departments at a polytechnic on how to transform digital learning and teaching.
